Very helpful

The aide is very helpful on the days she is scheduled. She consistently assists with his ADLs and ensures his personal space is kept clean and tidy. We have had no issues or complaints regarding her service. Additionally, the nurse conducted the last assessment visit professionally and thoroughly. Overall, we are satisfied with the services provided by Excel and would rate them 8 out of 10. We would not hesitate to refer this agency to others.
