Very good at her job

The caregiver is very good at her job, and we have the agency to thank for that. I have no problems contacting the management team when the need arises and so far, everything has been going well so my rating would be a 9 out of 10 . The RN that visits is very knowledgeable so that is a plus. We would gladly recommend the agency to anyone we know that needs home health aide.
