Made a real difference

Excel Health Care has made a real difference in my husband’s daily routine. The admin team is friendly and on top of scheduling, which takes a big burden off me. His caregivers are very knowledgeable about the care needed.  They are well-dressed, respectful, and consistently helpful with personal care and light housekeeping. The nurse visits every few months to reassess care needs, and she explains things clearly. The care is 9 out of 10. We have no complains about the agency and we will recommend Excel to people.
