Generally pleased

We are generally pleased with the level of service we are currently receiving from Excel. The aide is professional and ensures that my husband’s comfort is priority. From assisting with daily tasks to offering support, it has been a great experience. I would rate the overall service at a 8 out of 10. We just hope that the aide will maintain the assigned time of service, but the agency has been wonderful, and I am very grateful for the care. We will definitely recommend this agency to anyone in need of home health care.
