Excel Health Care Services recognizes the value of its field staff. As a result we now have an Employee of the Quarter program. Under this program, one employee is recognized every Quarter for their outstanding service to the company and their clients.
The Employee is provided with a Certificate of Appreciation along with a gift card and a shout out on Home-Base System as a show of our appreciation of their hard work and dedication.
Eligible employees include Home Health Aides (HHA) Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Homemakers and Companions (HM/COMP).
Excel Health Care Services’ most common level of care is for a Home Health Aide or a certified Nursing Assistant. Their duties include assisting with Personal Care including assistance bathing, dressing, transferring and assistance to the bathroom. They can also provide light housekeeping including sweeping, vacuuming, meal preparation, laundry, running errands and taking the client to doctor’s appointments. Their duties are defined by a Registered Nurse who prepares a detailed Plan of Care.
The Employee of the Quarter Month recipient will have their picture taken and displayed in the office for the duration of the year. They will receive an Employee of the Month Certificate and a gift card prize.
